By accessing or using KAAMANI (the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of the Platform

KAAMANI is an open discovery directory connecting independent service providers with local seekers in Bijni and surrounding areas.

• KAAMANI is not an employer, staffing agency, or contractor.
• Workers are independent individuals offering services directly to consumers.
• KAAMANI does not supervise, direct, or control the quality, timing, legality, or execution of work performed.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

All users of the Platform agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date phone numbers and profile details.
• Treat each other with respect and honesty in all communications.
• Refrain from posting fraudulent, abusive, misleading, or illegal content.
• Never demand online advance payments or attempt financial scams.

4. Payments & Financial Transactions

KAAMANI does not process online payments, hold escrow, or collect transaction fees. All wage agreements, work terms, and cash/UPI settlements must be discussed and finalized directly between the employer and the worker upon completion of satisfactory work.

5. Safety & Independent Verification

Users are advised to take standard safety precautions when hiring workers or visiting job sites. Verify identity, discuss expectations clearly before starting, and report any suspicious activity immediately to our team.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, KAAMANI and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from agreements made between service seekers and workers.

7. Modifications & Termination

We reserve the right to update these terms or remove any listings that violate community trust, safety guidelines, or these terms at our sole discretion.
